Managing projects from concept to solution delivery

When delivering our medical products, we assume the role of sub-project manager. This means that we keep our promises planned and coordinated according to offers, specifications or solutions. We work closely with our customer’s own project management team members.

For more complex projects where our customers cannot hire a project manager, we offer to take on the role of overall project manager. This is especially important when multiple stakeholders are involved in a project. Especially for software projects and projects in which processes are influenced, good project work is relevant to success. This includes, among other things, the definition, planning and management of a hospital project.

We also offer these services when it comes to projects that are in our field of activity but are not carried out with our products.
